  • Weekly Check-ins with your coach to monitor progress and make any necessary changes to your program.
  • 12 weeks ongoing support and guidance.
  • 3 Individual Counselling/Health Coaching: One on one coaching with a registered counsellor and personal trainer in a non-judgemental, fully confidential setting.
