We’re going to address your relationship with food now and focus on obtaining a healthier relationship with the foods you choose. Your relationship with food has been engraved since birth, no wonder you have a hard time changing your habits. We will address the social, behavioral, and emotion factors that are hindering your success, and help you break your pattern of relationship with food.
