Bootcamp’s in Black Mountain

The focus of this bootcamp is to improve your cardiovascular endurance while increasing muscle, posture, and stability (core). Located at Lund Park in Black Mountain where we will use multiple terrains (stairs, hills and flat land) in addition to weights & other functional training equipment. 

These are high intensity classes, tailored towards fat burning & increasing strength! Class structure is always changing so you never get bored. 

All levels welcome.

Classes are: 

Monday’s & Wednesday’s & Thursday’s 5:30PM or 6:30PM
