Empowering Individuals to Embrace their Best Selves in Mind & Body

Welcome!

I’m DeAnna, Clinical counsellor & Couples therapist. I believe that every person deserves to feel deeply worthy and capable of creating meaningful connections in their lives. As a distinguished mental health professional and the CEO/Founder of Renew Counselling & Health Coaching, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals and couples on their journey toward healing and growth.

Whether you’re struggling with self-worth, navigating the complexities of relationships, healing from past wounds, or embarking on a journey of self discovery & personal growth, I’m here to help you rediscover your inherent value and strengths. For couples, I specialize in addressing the challenging dynamics of infidelity, communication breakdowns, and trust issues in our modern digital age, helping partners rebuild their connection with understanding and compassion.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UBC Okanagan and thousands of hours in clinical counselling, I bring both extensive academic knowledge and heartfelt understanding to our work together. Having been recognized as one of Brains Magazine’s top 500, I remain deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where transformation can unfold naturally.

My forthcoming book, “The Truth About Why You Don’t Feel Good Enough,” reflects my passionate commitment to helping others understand and heal their relationship with self-worth. Drawing from over a decade of education and clinical experience, I offer practical tools while honouring the unique emotional landscape of each person’s journey.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back and work to create lasting transformation. Whether you’re seeking individual growth or wanting to strengthen your relationship, I’m deeply invested in helping you create the life and connections you deserve.
