Growing up + grieving a parent = a crash course nobody asked for. There’s no rule book, there’s no timeline, there’s just a whole lot of life left to live. But how? The Navigating Parent Loss: Young Adult Support Circle is a warm and welcoming space for young adults (18-33) to connect, share, and find direction on their grief journey. This group is for those who’ve been navigating loss for a while—not in the raw, initial waves of grief—and are ready to explore what’s next with others who get it. Grief’s messy, unique, and doesn’t follow any rules, but we’ll survive it together.
You’re juggling school, jobs, or figuring out who you are—grief doesn’t make it easier. This group’s for those who’ve been surviving grief for a while and who are ready to share the highs, lows, and “what now?” moments. Whether it’s missing your parent’s advice, navigating money challenges, or just needing people who get it, we’ve got your back. Expect real talk, some laughs, and no pressure to “be okay.”
