The Relationship with Food, our Bodies, and Mental-Well Being
I know first hand what it’s like to battle your relationship with food and your body. After a lifetime of dieting, restricting and binge eating, I can truly say I am free from the handcuffs of food addiction, dieting, and body dissatisfaction, and now it is my mission to help others rapidly transform their relationship with food and their bodies.
Food is so complex, and it plays such a role in our psychological well-being. It is often our only coping mechanism and comfort for the pain in our lives. It can be our best friend, and our biggest enemy. I’m here to help you reframe the way you feel about food and find pleasure in other areas of your life so you don’t have to suffer the guilt and shame around food any longer.
