One thing I know for certain is you can’t get around it, you have to go through it.
We all have one solid thing in common…A Past.
In that past we receive messages, beliefs, traumas and behaviors that stop us in our present day
from moving in the direction we desire. You may not even realize it’s happening or perhaps you
realize it but can’t stop the behavior you’ve now embraced as your coping skill.
A truth I know far too well is that we are all recovering from something. My passion is helping
people look deeply inside at the messages we need to unlearn by focusing on our inner truths
and looking forward at the life we want to create. With our clear focus we can design a plan that
will get you excited for life again. As your coach I’ll help you uncover the true essence of who
you are and rid you of societal masks that you’ve developed to simply survive.
I am certified as a trauma informed Life and Recovery Coach who herself has healed from an
intense journey of trauma, addiction all while breaking major family cycles along the way. It’s
my soul purpose to share my journey through guiding others on their individual path. I also
share through speaking engagements, podcasts and the art of storytelling. A lot of my past was
not up to me, other pieces were created by choices of a broken human, now I get to choose
again. I choose from the healed version that only allows in the beauty.
